Holy Family Forfeits 12 Boys’ Basketball Games

        Holy Family High School has been fined, placed on probation for one year and ordered to forfeit 12 varsity boys’ basketball games victories for violating AHSAA eligibility rules.

        The school used a transfer student during the season in violation of the Overlapping School Zone Transfer Rule. Holy Family must forfeit all contests its team won in which the student participated.
        The probationary period is a warning that other violations of this nature could bring further sanctions against the school.
