AHSAA, Preptix Form E-Ticketing Partnership
The Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) has formed a new partnership with Birmingham-based Preptix to provide e-ticketing services for all playoff events. Preptix is an e-ticketing platform that will allow the AHSAA to sell tickets for high school sporting events online.
The Preptix platform also gives member schools the ability to create their own individual online e-ticketing platform, branded specific to the school. The platform will allow customers to purchase tickets in advance, with the ability to print their tickets or use a mobile device, for entry at the event.
“This program will give our member schools and their fans more options when it comes to purchasing tickets to AHSAA and member-school events,” said AHSAA Executive Director Steve Savarese. “It will allow us to take advantage of the latest technology and provide more convenience for everyone.”
Having the ability to sell tickets online for sporting events has numerous potential benefits for everyone.

Advance tickets for the finals may be purchased online at ahsaa.com and/or preptix.com. Online tickets will be available once the finals are set. You can simply go online and purchase, then print your paper tickets. For entry at the gate, you may present the paper ticket or present an electronic copy from your mobile phone.
