The Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association (AHSADCA) along with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association is proud to present the nationally accredited Leadership Training Institute. This is professional development that may lead to certification as an athletic administrator through 36 courses specifically designed to develop skills and abilities needed to be an efficient and visionary athletic administrator.
The AHSADCA offers classes at our two conferences as well as throughout the year at our AHSAA offices, located in Montgomery. Classes are also taught at various locations throughout the state upon demand.
At the present time one course LTC 502: Athletic Administration, Principles Strategies and Methods has been granted approval by the Alabama Council for Leadership Development (ACLD) to award participants a Professional Learning Unit (PLU). This is for 1 ACLD PLU. Other applications will be forth coming for future PLU status for other courses offered through the NIAAA.
Attendees wishing to obtain a PLU for LTC 502 must register online with the AHSAA AND also on the STI PD website. The STI PD # is PLUACLD179. Registrants for the PLU must also complete the pre-survey online located on this page under the "important links" section.
